Bring your show to East 4th Street! Our building, steps from LaMaMa Theater, the New York Theater Workshop, and KGB Bar, features two black box theaters and one rehearsal space.
Our spaces
Our Main Theater houses 85 and has comprehensive rep plot lighting and sound systems. The rate is $4,000 per week and 3,500 for non-profits.
Our Second Theater houses 55 and has an expertly designed rep plot with a plug-and-play sound system. The rate is $3,200 per week and $2,800 for non-profits.
Our Rehearsal Studio is 1,100 square feet and features a 20-foot dance mirror along one wall, wood floors, sound-proof walls and flooring, a private bathroom with shower, two skylights and track lighting on dimmers. The rate is negotiable.
